30 Weeks and Baby Update!

This is a picture of me at 30 weeks! I can't believe (and neither can Ryan) that we only have 10 weeks left before she comes! She's been moving constantly lately and it's really fun to see her whole arm or leg move across my belly. The only problem I have so far is sleeping comfortably. I end up waking up with a back ache the past few nights, and in the morning my back hurts. Not much to complain about.

We just bought some baby bedding and I'm so relieved we finally found one that I like. The ones that I love and adore are all above $170 and I'm not paying that much for a little baby quilt! This is right out of the packaging. We haven't washed it yet so it's a little wrinkled.

We have been working on refinishing the crib. We were able to do a lot a few months ago when we had a week of good weather, haha. This week looks AWESOME weather wise...so hopefuly we'll be able to finish it. We still have the main piece in IF at Ryan's parent's house. (Thanks for letting us keep it there!) We'll get that piece soon hopefully!! I can't wait to put it together. Ryan thinks he looks funny in this photo, so I hope he doesn't mind that I posted it!
Life is going well for us both. I'm still looking for an externship, but I hope to secure one quickly.

That crib will look great! Way to go on refinishing it; I bet that's a big job. I totally understand about the bedding too. I searched forever and fell in love with quite a few pricey sets, but reduced myself to buying something more affordable. Don't you just have to have something cute? It's all part of the experience, I guess.
We're so happy for you!!!

I am not saying this just because I totally love you, but you are THE MOST beautiful pregnant women I have EVER seen!!! Seriously!!!

And I LOVE the crib set you ended up getting!! That was not in the list I saw........was it?!! Well, anyways, I really love it!!!
Good luck on finishing the crib!! Its a good thing we women go through that nesting stage where we get LOTS of energy. (otherwise, nothing would be ready on time......we just do it all at the end. ha ha)
Love ya!

You look so stinking cute.. when I got back pain I started sleeping with a pillow behind me so I wasn't laying flat on my back, and one to prop my tummy up, and one between my legs to help my hips from not feeling sore( not there wasn't much room for Jason left he he he)..I also tried a warm "not hot" rice pack on my lower back, got adjusted by a chiropractor before I got too big and he gave me Calcium Lactate to help my muscles from not being too tight/tense..you can try one of those wraps from motherhood that holds up your tummy and it will help take the strain off your back.. oh and massages from a massage therapist work good too! Hope one of these helps you!
