I've had this cookbook since I got married, but I just have never dabbled in it. I'm really motivated to lose some weight, so I thought I'd give it a try. From Sunday to today, I've lost 3 1/2 pounds. For dinner we've had Parmesan Chicken breasts, Chicken with asparagus and Gruyère, Cashew Crusted Chicken, and tonight we're having Thai-Style Crab Salad in Avocados. They are as delicious as they sound. The best part of this cookbook is that the recipes are super fast. We're ready to eat pretty soon after Ryan comes home. I just LOVE it!!! I can't wait to try more recipes!! :)

That book looks awesome! Thanks for the heads-up. I just did 2 weeks of Atkins (well, two months ago) and lost 7 pounds and have kept it off so I'm a believer of low-carbing it.
Speaking of Dieting, I think I saw you at Cheesecake Factory last weekend, but didn't come say high cause you were with a group and it was busy...so here's my belated 'hi.' :)
good job, cec! i think i'll try the low carb route again, too...
Good job! That books sounds awesome. I'm going to go get me a copy today, so thanks for the tip.
Hey, thanks for the great book idea. I'll have to look it up! I'm also trying to lose weight and have found one or two good recipes in entire cookbooks of lame recipes, so I'm excited to try this!
NICE!!
Eating good food AND losing weight is always fun. :)
